About Paul
I have been advising GP + LP investors since 2017 on all phases of the real estate investment cycle. Prior to launching my own consulting practice, I led multifamily acquisitions and asset management for a private equity firm, where I also co-founded a REIT securities platform investing in public, nontraded REITs ($87B industry). I previously worked with Macy's Inc. Real Estate team, where I identified and unlocked more than $120MM in previously unrealized property sale potential. Throughout my career, I have underwritten more than $2B in multifamily and retail investments - too many to count.
I bring a comprehensive perspective on investment opportunities for GPs, LPs, family offices, and others, and I strive to deliver thoughtful guidance with integrity at the core of everything I do.
I am a native of the Chicago suburbs and was once a 9-handicap golfer. These days you may find me chasing our 18-month-old around the house. Our dog, Rizzo, manages my office when she's not sleeping on the job.
